On Monday, PTCBR Chair Dr Amy Jelacic wrote to the ACT Minister for Transport to express dismay at the technical issues that accompanied the launch of of the “Commonwealth Bridge closure” bus network.
While the data feeds have now been corrected, PTCBR remains concerned that similar issues have accompanied every network change since the launch of MyWay+ over 12 months ago.
Dr Jelacic has requested a formal response from the Minister’s office outlining the specific steps being taken to prevent these technical hurdles from recurring during future network updates.
