Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting for the Public Transport Association of Canberra, Inc, will be held on Friday 25 November 2023 at 5.30pm at the Griffin Centre, 20 Genge St, Canberra ACT 2601.

The annual election of the PTCBR Committee will be conducted at the AGM. Those who wish to nominate can complete a nomination form here, including details of the two PTCBR financial members supporting your nomination. Nominations must be received by the Secretary by Friday 17 November 2023.

If a member is unable to attend and wishes to have a proxy vote, they may notify the Secretary using this form.
